Turns out Ronan, Blaire’s neighbor, is installing an ax-throwing area in his bar to drum up more business. His is a family business as well, but it’s just the one bar run by his grandfather, and now Ronan. Ronan also has a dream; he wants to open his own brewery. His grandfather is willing to stake him if he can turn the bar around.

Ronan and Blaire keep butting heads in this enemies-to-lovers story. This read is as light and yummy as the buttercream on Blaire’s cupcakes. If you are looking for a fast, sweet, escapist read, look no further.
